The setup fee covers your domain name (excluding .pg domains), a full business website, professional email accounts, server and database provisioning, complete software customisation to your brand and business rules, uploading of any existing loan data, and DCC membership and integration setup.
No lock-in contracts. The fortnightly subscription runs on a pay-as-you-go basis. You can cancel at any time, though we find our clients stay because LoanMasta genuinely transforms how they run their finance businesses.
Most clients are fully live within 3–7 business days of paying the setup fee and providing their business details. This includes your customised website, email setup, database configuration and initial staff training.
The DCC (Dinau Control Centre) is an automated credit checking system built for Papua New Guinea. It lets you vet loan applicants against a database of defaulters and existing borrowers — more affordable than the Credit & Data Bureau (CDB). DCC integration is included in the setup fee and subscription.
